DIGITAL INCLUSION & EQUALITY POLICY
A11yGo Digital Accessibility Statement.
A11yGo is committed to digital equity. We believe the web must be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical, sensory, cognitive, or technological capabilities. Discover our technical standards, assistive accommodation measures, and accessibility feedback channels.
Our Commitment & Vision
A11yGo is committed to providing websites, online portals, and digital applications that are fully accessible to the widest possible audience, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
As an organization specializing in digital accessibility engineering and compliance accommodation, we practice what we preach. We continually improve our digital infrastructure, applying internationally recognized guidelines and empowering visitors with real-time user-side control.
Conformance Standards & Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This website is Substantially Conformant with WCAG 2.1 & WCAG 2.2 Level AA and IS 17802:2021 (Part 1 & Part 2).
"Substantially conformant" means that the vast majority of our content fully meets all Level AA success criteria, and where minor third-party or legacy components may differ, immediate alternative accommodations or user-side controls are actively provided.
Active Assistive Measures on this Website
To ensure an inclusive experience, A11yGo implements both code-level semantic standards and client-side assistive controls:
A11yGo Toolbar Suite
Direct client-side controls for High Contrast, Dark Mode, Text Scaling (+200%), OpenDyslexic font, Line Spacing, Big Cursor, and Reduced Motion.
Keyboard Operability
All interactive elements (navigation, modals, form fields, and buttons) can be reached and activated via Tab, Shift+Tab, and Enter/Space keys.
Visible Focus Halos
High-visibility focus outlines clearly indicate which interactive element currently has keyboard focus without obscure clipping.
Semantic HTML5 Structure
Strict hierarchy of H1-H6 heading elements,
landmark regions (<header>, <main>,
<nav>, <footer>), and ARIA labels.
Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the A11yGo platform relies on the following core web technologies working with your particular combination of web browser and assistive tools:

- WAI-ARIA 1.2: Accessible Rich Internet Applications landmarks and live states.
- CSS3: Flexible reflow layouts, high contrast ratios, and media query controls.
- JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+): Non-intrusive client-side dynamic adaptations.
Assistive Technology & Browser Compatibility
A11yGo is designed to be fully compatible with major modern browsers and assistive technologies:
Supported Screen Readers
- NVDA (Windows, latest releases)
- JAWS (Windows, Freedom Scientific)
- Apple VoiceOver (macOS & iOS)
- Google TalkBack (Android)
Supported Web Browsers

Continuous Testing & Assessment Methodology
Digital accessibility is not a one-time project; it is an ongoing governance lifecycle. A11yGo assesses the accessibility of this platform using a hybrid evaluation approach:
Automated Static & Dynamic Audits
Automated diagnostic engines scan DOM updates, contrast levels, and missing tags on every software deployment.
Manual Keyboard & Assistive Device Testing
Our engineers manually verify complex user workflows (such as checkout, license registration, and dashboard navigation) using screen readers and keyboard switches.
Known Limitations & Remediation Roadmap
Despite our best efforts to ensure complete accessibility across all pages, there may be temporary limitations. Below is our transparent disclosure and remediation roadmap:
- Third-Party Widgets: External payment gateway iframes or CAPTCHA elements may have focus states managed by external vendors. We continuously monitor and advocate for upstream fixes.
- Legacy PDF Documents: Some archived documentation PDFs published prior to 2025 may lack full tagging. Accessible HTML equivalents are provided upon request.
